Ran for 16W and squat went from 425 to 515 bench went from 305 to 355 deadlift absolutely blew up from 605 to 700lbs. By far the best program I ever ran.

I will warn you though, this program is not for the weak and is best fit for people who want to work hard. has increased.

My maxes before I started this program is S512 B:325 D:573 . And so far into the 11 weeks ive been doing all of those weights •2. Cant wait to see all my am maxes when the 16 weeks finish off
I ran your 4 week program. Bench went up 10lbs and deadlift went up 20lbs, haven't maxed out squat yet.
I was stuck on 195 bench for like 3-4 months and then hit 245 after using your 4 week program
