Committing To powerlifting and bodybuilding I strongly recommend this program to you. A few things to except from this program is quick progressive overload coupled with lots of accessories. I will warn you though, this program is not for the weak and is best fit for people who want to work hard. In conclusion, this is an excellent program and you can expect to make a lot of progress both mentally and physically.
