Phase 2

          This program is the continuation of the original PowerBuilding Program. While it was created to be used after completing the original program, it is not necessary and you will still make progress running this program alone. 

Program Information

          Powerbuilding is a combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding training principles in order to get brutally strong whilst still building as much muscle as possible. Just got your phase 2 Program. Here are my results from your first program:
Weight: 160lbs --> 175lbs
Bench: 230lbs --> 265lbs
Squat: 275lbs --> 315lbs
Deadlift: 325lbs --> 375lbs
